MALE VOICE: They understand that, you know, this is a medical issue. They understand—there are staff here very supportive. Every time I come in here, I receive nothing but compliments.
MALE VOICE 1: They gave plenty of information. They gave plenty of literature on the “what to expect”. Uhm, on the diet, the pre-op, post-op. They have—they made everything crystal clear.
FEMALE VOICE: The whole process, you know, from the beginning; from meeting with dietitians, to meeting with psychiatrist.
to make sure that you’re stabled to have surgery. To, uhm—you k now, to the very end. Where you’re coming in and having your - - every six to eight weeks or whatever it may be. Uhm—it’s great care and, you know, just from the beginning to the end.
FEMALE VOICE 1: The experience with Dr. Con [phonetic] is fabulous. Uhm—and also with the male nurses and female nurses, the staff there. They are very good people. I like to come see the doctor. [giggles]
FEMALE VOICE 2: He is somebody that is a compassionate doctor that knows what he’s doing. Me having a doctor that did not and did not take the time to get to know me as a person. Dr. Conn is not like that. He’s very personal, uhm, he’s hands on and he does care.
FEMALE VOICE 3: I work in a lab and I see patients who are having problems. I often get his phone number out and his name because I trust him 100% with my life all over again if I had to.
FEMALE VOICE 4: Yeah, I carry his business cards in my purse all the time. [giggles] When people ask me, “where did you go? Where did you have it done? You know, did the insurance pay for it?” You know, that’s like the first thing out of people’s mouth, you know. “How much does it cost?” And I’m constantly giving out his cards. I highly recommend him.
