JENNIFER: Hi. My name is Jennifer. I am the Receptionist for Dr. Krahn. I started working for Dr. Krahn three weeks after my surgery, which has been six months ago and I’ve lost 10 pounds.
FEMALE VOICE: When patients call in to find information on how to go through the process or if they just want to know about the surgery, it’s very helpful for me to be a patient of Dr. Krahn’s because I can share with them a little bit of my story and I can reassure them that there are fears but it will be all okay. Dr. Krahn is amazing at what he does.
KIT: My name is Kit, I’m the Office Manager and in charge of insurance and the billing department. We went to several MHO and PPO plans, if it’s a self paid patient and they don’t have3 insurance, we go through the process if they can do financing, we do that for them.
WENDY ABREGO: Hello, my name is Wendy Abrego. Uhm, I work with the insurance companies. We have different options. We refer them to the different finance programs that we have. I work with the HMO’s and the PPO’s. We have different contracts with different facilities and we also finance for people who don’t have insurance. That it’s cash--
